Deobandi Hanafi Muqallids rejection of Truth & Justice (haq wa insaf)
Deviant Hanafi muqallids blindly follow their scholars even when there is evidence placed in front of them that their imam’s fiqh is not in accordance to Quran, Sunnah and fahm of salaf
أستغفر الله
Although the imams had the best of intentions and tried to follow the sunnah as best as they could
The muqallids still choose to do andhi taqlid.
نعوذ بالله من ذلك
Example: Taqreer Tirmidhi of Mehmood Hasan Deobandi
When discussing the masala of “khiyar ul majlis”, he writes
Translation to roman urdu: “haqq aur insaaf ki baat yeh hai ke is masale me tarjih Imam ash Shafai (رَحِمَهُ ٱللّٰهُ تعالى) ke qawl ko hasil he, lekin hum abu Hanifa (رَحِمَهُ ٱللّٰهُ تعالى) ke muqallid he ham par unki taqlid wajib he”
Translation in English: “Truth and Justice in this issue is that the position of Imam ash Shafai (رَحِمَهُ ٱللّٰهُ تعالى) gets preference, but since we are muqallids of abu Hanifa (رَحِمَهُ ٱللّٰهُ تعالى) thus his taqlid is obligatory upon us”
What an ignorance!
May Allah ﷻ protect us from this fitan.
