حكم الإعجاز العلمي في القرآن – الشيخ الفوزان ﷾
السؤال: ما حكم ما يسمونه بالإعجاز العلمي في القرآن أو ما يسمى بالإعجاز العددي ، وهل لهذا أصل ؟
الجواب: الإعــجاز العلمي الذي يقولون الآن هذا تفسير للقرآن بغير عـلم، بغير قواعـد التفسير المعروفة التي هي تفسير القرآن بالقرآن، أو تفسير القرآن بالسنة، أو تفسير القرآن بأقوال الصحابة أو تفسير القرآن بأقوال التابعين أو تفسير القرآن بقواعــد اللغة التــي نــزل بها،
هذه زيادة الآن زادوهـا الإعــجاز العلمي يريدون بهــا النـــظريات, نـــظريات الطــب والفلك و غــير ذلك هذه تــخرصات بشـــر، تـخطئ وتصــيب فلا تُــجعَل تـفسيرا للقـــرآن، ويــقال هذا مــراد الله عــز وجــل ثــم بعـــدين يقولون لا النظرية مــا هي بصحيح ويصـير تلاعــب في كلام الله عــز وجل
لا النظريات ما تجعل تـفسيرا للقـرآن، ما تــجعل تـفسيرا للقرآن أبدا ,وهذا من القول على الله بلا علم، وهي مــحل للنــقض ومــحل للإبـــطال ولذلك تــجدهــم يثبتون اليوم شيء وبعد يوم ينــفونه تبين لهم خــلافه لأنــها نــظريات بشرية .

Question: Noble Shaykh, what is the ruling for that which is called scientific miracles in the Quran, or what is called numerical miracles, is there any basis for this?
Answer: That which they are now calling scientific miracles, this is Tafsir of the Quran without knowledge, without the known principles of Tafsir. The principles of Tafsir are, explaining the Quran with the Quran, or explaining the Quran with the Sunnah, or explaining the Quran with the statements of the companions, or explaining the Quran with the statements of the Tabien (successors to the companions), or explaining the Quran with the principles of the Arabic language — the language in which it was revealed.
This is now an addition which they added; scientific miracles, and they intend by that, theories, theories of medicine and astronomy and other than that. These are human conjectures; they will be right sometimes and wrong sometimes. So do not make this Tafsir for the Quran. It will be said, ‘this is the meaning intended by Allah the Exalted’. Then after some time passes, they will say, ‘no, this theory was not correct, it was wrong’. So, they begin playing with the Speech of Allah the Exalted.
No. Do not make “theories”, Tafsir for the Quran. Theories are never used as Tafsir for the Quran. This is speaking about Allah without knowledge. This places it in a position to be contradicted or refuted. For this reason, you find them affirming something today, then after some days pass, they negate it. An opposing theory is made clear to them. This is because it is human theories.
