Fatawa issue authority in KSA is only for the al-Lajnah ad-Daimah (The Permanant Committee)
Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdulaziz Aal Al-Sheikh has said that only al-Lajnah ad-Daimah (The Permanant Committee) issues Fatawa, and these rouge websites and social-media should not be allowed, like that of the deviant al-Munajjid.
