Khariji Manhaj of Muhammad Ismail al-Muqaddam
Question: Who is Muhammad Ismail al-Muqaddam? Is he one of the scholars of Egypt and is knowledge to be taken from him?
Shaykh Hassan ibn Abdul-Wahab Al-Banna: He had mixed knowledge, but he has the understanding of the Khawarij.
His statements indicate that. Even at the time of earlier, at the time of Hosni Mubarak, he made statements with specification (referring to the ruler).
But his knowledge is that of the Khawarij. Even if he has knowledge, it is mixed. And he, like many others, was on a good path in some matters, which they changed with the revolution and the like.
Every day they turn from one opinion to another. These people are not trustworthy in their knowledge. Wallaahu A’alam.
